Winford Resort, 888 Horsemen unveil Manila’s first luxury VIP gaming club

Winford Resort and Casino Manila, in partnership with 888 Horsemen Group Inc., is set to launch the first luxury junket and VIP gaming club in Manila, aiming to redefine the city’s high-end gaming landscape.

In a statement released Wednesday, 888 Horsemen announced that its exclusive VIP gaming operations will soon open at Winford’s main concourse, providing premium access to high-stakes players.

Jackson Chua Jr., president of 888 Horsemen, described the partnership as a milestone for Manila’s luxury gaming sector. “This marks a new era for Manila’s luxury gaming scene, combining world-class service with exclusive entertainment for distinguished guests,” he said.

Winford Resort and Casino president Jeffrey Evora echoed this sentiment, emphasizing that the collaboration will elevate the resort’s status as a top-tier gaming destination.

The new VIP club will feature high-stakes gaming tables, cutting-edge electronic gaming machines, and exclusive VIP lounges designed to cater to elite clientele.

Renovations are currently underway to transform Winford’s third and fourth floors into a dedicated luxury gaming hub. The soft opening is scheduled for May 2025.

According to the companies, this initiative is expected to strengthen Winford Resort & Casino’s VIP gaming segment, attract tourism, and enhance the overall gaming experience in the country.

The partnership between Winford and 888 Horsemen was officially sealed with a memorandum of agreement signed on March 18, 2025.
