Phinma unveils first township development in Bacolod: Saludad

Phinma Properties has officially launched Saludad, its inaugural township project in Bacolod City, with an investment of %u20B112 billion for the expansive 21-hectare development.

This initiative represents the Phinma Group's dedication to enhancing quality of life by fostering sustainable communities and driving regional growth.

Saludad will include a dedicated business district designed to offer commercial opportunities for local entrepreneurs and professionals. Additionally, the township will provide essential services from various sectors of the Phinma Group, such as quality education through Phinma Education and hospitality services, including hotels and event spaces from Phinma Hospitality.

To bring this vision to life, Phinma Properties has collaborated with JEPP Real Estate Co., a partnership with the Jacinto, Echaus, and Puentevella families, to create a master-planned development.

Ramon del Rosario Jr., Chairman and CEO of Phinma Corp., emphasized the importance of community in Bacolod, stating, “The culture of Bacolodnon places a high value on family and community, which are the core aspects that the Phinma Group seeks to support. This township aims to offer Bacolodnons and nearby residents enhanced opportunities for personal and community growth.”

Del Rosario expressed the group’s commitment to utilizing its resources to strengthen investments in regional development, stating, “By constructing sustainable communities, we reaffirm our dedication to nation-building.”

Among the highlights of Saludad will be a residential enclave named Likha Estates, which promises modern living spaces, upscale amenities, and abundant green areas.

The town center is also set to feature a diverse array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options for residents and visitors alike.

The first phase of Saludad is scheduled for completion by December 2025, with the second phase expected to commence in January 2026 and conclude by 2028.
