Filipino Homes opens Dubai office

This strategic move by Filipino Homes positions Dubai as the company’s gateway to the wider Middle Eastern market, capitalizing the growing OFW population in the region, according to a report by Manila Bulletin.

The expansion follows the recent acquisition of residency by Filipino Homes Founder and President Anthony Leuterio, granting him the ability to conduct business starting with Dubai and in other Middle Eastern countries soon. 

Leuterio said the  development will not only enhance the Philippine real estate industry but also empower OFWs by providing them with leadership skills and investment opportunities in real estate while working abroad.

To kick off its entry into the region, Filipino Homes recently hosted its first-ever Leadership Training at Swissôtel Al Ghurair in Dubai. 

The event gathered top leaders from Filipino Homes’ Global Partners network, reinforcing the company’s commitment to equipping real estate professionals with the skills needed to thrive in the industry.

“The Middle East is home to nearly two million Filipinos, many of whom are looking for ways to secure their financial future,” said Leuterio.

“By expanding Filipino Homes in Dubai, we are not just growing as a company – we are creating opportunities for OFWs to build wealth through real estate,” said Leuterio.

The leadership training highlighted Filipino Homes’ rapid growth in the past five months and its vision to establish a sustainable and structured real estate system in the region.
