Azela Torrefranca Esponilla Honor emerges as a beacon of excellence in Philippine real estate—...
Two new residential buildings are set to rise in Acacia Estates, Taguig City, expanding one of Metro Manila’s most in-demand townships.
The latest additions, named Taffeta and Zephyr, are part of the second phase of the Mulberry Place development. They follow the earlier launch of the Paisley and Shantung buildings, which saw strong market take-up.
Project officials said the expansion comes in response to continued demand for homes within Acacia Estates, a community known for its tree-lined streets, open spaces, and proximity to major business districts such as Bonifacio Global City and Makati.
Dennis Yap, vice president for project development at DMCI Homes—the developer behind Acacia Estates—said steady demand in the township underscores its appeal as a preferred residential address. “The second phase of Mulberry Place is our response to that continued interest as we aim to build on our commitment to high standards in homebuilding and community development,” Yap said.
The Taffeta and Zephyr buildings will feature two- to four-bedroom units with generous layouts, natural lighting, and large balconies. The development also integrates resort-inspired amenities, including multiple pools, fitness and game areas, a coworking space, and a Sky Lounge with panoramic city views.
Acacia Estates residents also benefit from enhanced mobility and connectivity, with a new access road under construction and the ongoing redevelopment of Acacia Town Center, which will add more commercial spaces and community facilities.
Turnover of the Taffeta Building is scheduled for August 2028, followed by Zephyr in October of the same year.
DMCI Homes, the developer of Mulberry Place, has built a reputation for crafting resort-inspired communities in Metro Manila and other cities, drawing from its parent company’s decades-long experience in construction and development.
