Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) is set to launch 12 projects worth P29 billion in the second half of 2025 as part of efforts to sustain its growth momentum, following a 13-percent rise in net income to P2.49 billion in the first half from P2.21 billion a year earlier.
The Visayas-Mindanao property developer said the new developments will bring residential, mixed-use, and hotel properties to key locations including Cebu, Davao, General Santos, Ormoc, and Palawan.
Over the next three months, CLI will roll out seven projects in rapidly urbanizing areas such as Metro Cebu, Palawan, the Davao Region, and South Mindanao, catering to growing housing demand in these high-growth communities. In the last quarter of 2025, five more residential projects are scheduled to be launched in Metro Cebu, Northern Cebu, and Eastern Visayas.
“We’re encouraged by the sell-out success of our earlier launches, which reflects strong, sustained demand across our VisMin markets,” said CLI Chief Operating Officer Jose Franco Soberano. “This momentum supports our robust launch calendar for the second half, aligned with our confidence in the region’s resilience and our commitment to serving diverse housing needs across price segments.”
Soberano also revealed the company’s plans to scale up operations in Luzon, targeting its first project launch in the region by 2026.
The company’s first-half performance was supported by steady sales momentum, improved revenue recognition, and faster project completions. Consolidated revenues rose 5 percent to P11.87 billion, led by real estate sales, while recurring income from hotel operations jumped 132 percent and leasing revenues climbed 53 percent.
“Our strong performance reflects the disciplined execution of our growth strategy and our deep commitment to addressing the housing needs of the VisMin market,” said CLI Chairman and CEO Jose Soberano III. He added that the positive reception of recent launches underscored real demand and validated the company’s long-term strategy.
Reservation and estate sales reached P14.3 billion in the first half, up 3 percent year-on-year, as CLI continued to strengthen its position as a leading developer in the VisMin region.
